Our Website Support Setup Process

Once you select a package we follow our set up process to get you started

STEP 3

We run in depth performance analysis to find how quickly your website is loading and which factors are slowing it down.

STEP 4

We analyse your on page website SEO and come up with recommendations on how to improve your search engine rankings with edits to your website pages.

All of this data is complied into a report that we hand over to you before we start our optimisation. Its takes about 24 hours after the analysis to complete the optimisation and security set up. You will be able to see increase in your website speed and performance within 48 hours of implementation.

Am I locked into a contract if I sign up?

No way! Our packages are month to month basis and there are no contracts. You have the option to cancel anytime you want. You do get reduced costs if paid quarterly or yearly, but thats entirely up to you.

I was editing my website and got stuck. Can you help?

Sure we would love to help you! Just send us a request from your client area with a screenshot preferably and our team will get back to you ASAP.

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept paypal. You can pay with your paypal account or even with your card using paypal as the pathway.

What do I need to provide to sign up for website support packages?

We need the following access – WordPress login details, FTP Login, Cpanel login. If you are not sure where to find them, drop us a message from your client area and we will help you find the details.

What kind of changes can I request with my monthly credits?

You can request for content updates : text changes/updates, media changes, adding new videos, pictures, swapping links, email addresses, adding new social media link, etc.

There are some stuff that goes beyond the scope of your monthly credits and here is a list of tentative items that cannot be requested for these credits. If you need anything from this lister anything beyond, we would be happy to help you with a quote for the same.
