We understand you might have lots of queries before investing in our service. So here is a list of some commonly asked questions from our clients that will help you clear your doubts

Am I locked into a contract if I sign up?
No way! Our packages are month to month basis and there are no contracts. You have the option to cancel anytime you want. You do get reduced costs if paid quarterly or yearly, but thats entirely up to you.
I was editing my website and got stuck. Can you help?
Sure we would love to help you! Just send us a request from your client area with a screenshot preferably and our team will get back to you ASAP.
What payments do you accept?
We currently accept paypal. You can pay with your paypal account or even with your card using paypal as the pathway.
What do I need to provide to sign up for website support packages?
We need the following access – WordPress login details, FTP Login, Cpanel login. If you are not sure where to find them, drop us a message from your client area and we will help you find the details.
I am not sure which package is best for me. Can you help me decide?

I opted for basic package and need some small changes to my website. Can you help?
When you opt for any of our package you also get the exclusive option to buy website development credits from your Client Area. These are suitable for small changes to the website. So even if you are in the basic package or have exhausted your monthly development credits, you can get the changes done without upgrading your package.
What happens if my site breaks when you update WordPress or my plugin(s)/theme(s)?

Before we update your website, we take mandatory back up. So in case your website breaks first we will try to fix it right away and notify you.

If the issue cannot be solved we will restore your website from backup and let you know about the issue. Together we will decide what is the best way to fix it without compromising your website functionality and security.

What kind of changes can I request with my monthly credits?

You can request for content updates : text changes/updates, media changes, adding new videos, pictures, swapping links, email addresses, adding new social media link, etc.

There are some stuff that goes beyond the scope of your monthly credits and here is a list of tentative items that cannot be requested for these credits. If you need anything from this lister anything beyond, we would be happy to help you with a quote for the same.

Once you login to your Client area, you will have a special section to submit request for content updates. You can fill up the form, upload your media files if available and send us.
How long does it take it for the changes to complete?
For content changes we usually get them completed in 24 hours. For any theme changes, or plugin settings it may take upto 48 hours. We don’t entertain requests during unless it is a security issue.

How many sites are included in each plan?
Each support plan is for good for one website, only. If you have multiple websites you can sign up multiple times.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
If you have more then 3 website then we do offer bulk discounts if paid quarterly. Send us an email here to request a quote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes – all our packages are monthly basis and you can cancel anytime if you are not happy with our service. If you opted for quarterly or yearly payment option, we will even give a refund.*
Can you re-design my website? I need some changes in my website/branding.
